April Athlete of the Month

Congratulations to our April Athlete of the Month, Geraldine Rodriguez!

Geraldine came from the aerial silks background and loves rope climb workouts, that’s not the only area that she excels in to find out more read below:

When did you first start training at NNCF and how many days a week do you train?
I started training at NNCF in February 2018, and I train 5 or 6 times a week.

Tell us about your sports/fitness background:
Before I started Crossfit, I worked out by running and doing aerial silks.

What was your first CrossFit workout and how did it go?
I remember it including box step-ups and wall balls.  It was a good workout.

Favorite Workout:
I like workouts with running and rope climbs. Now that I can do toes-to-bar and pull-ups, I like doing them in workouts too.

Least Favorite Workout:
Any time we have to do overhead squats.

Why do you love North Naples CrossFit?
I like all the coaches.  They’re all really nice and want to see you get better.

Favorite NNCF moment?
I liked the Open a lot and getting to watch everyone do the workouts.
