When did you first start training at NNCF and how many days a week do you train? 
I started training at NNCF in March 2018, and usually try to make it 4-5 days a week
Tell us about your sports/fitness background:
I have always been active with sports, played professional tennis till I got a knee injury, was lucky to get a full ride to play for the FGCU tennis team. After college I just joined the regular boring gym till I heard about Crossfit.
What was your first CrossFit workout and how did it go?
I don’t remember what the first workout was, but it involved squats, burpees, I for sure remember being sore the next day
Favorite Workout:
I like to row and lifting
Least Favorite Workout:
This is an easy one, running and burpees
Why do you love North Naples CrossFit?
I love the coaches , they are all great and really know what and how to train people. I also love the community that is here. Everyone is always so encouraging to each other, whether you have been doing this for years or whether it’s your first day. And of course, the friendships I have made along the way.
