Alanna is a regular member at 6am class and you can find her running to and from class in the early morning. She recently took on the nutrition challenge where she lost 2% body fat in only 28 days!

When did you first start training at NNCF and how many days a week do you train? May 2018. 4-5 days/ week
Tell us about your sports/fitness background: I never played sports or worked out until about 6 years ago when I decided it was time to lose my extra college weight. Now it’s part of my lifestyle and I try to do something physical everyday. This was my first CrossFit experience but prior to this I was mainly running and kickboxing.
What was your first CrossFit workout and how did it go? I don’t remember my first, but my second was the Murph. I do remember being nervous, but it was actually a great workout to start with. Everyone is super pumped up and positive so it really motivates you! After that I was hooked.
Favorite Workout: Anything involving running. I also love partner workouts, a partner always helps push me further.
Least Favorite Workout: Overhead movements (especially the snatch). I’m still building my strength there and trying to get those down!
Why do you love North Naples CrossFit? I was always nervous to try CrossFit (and always said I never would) because it seemed so intense. I love the coaches here because everyone takes the time to make sure I know the moves and continue to use proper form. The coaches and other members are so supportive and immediately made me feel at home 🙂
Favorite NNCF moment? Seeing the results from the nutrition challenge! I have been struggling to build muscle and tone and am finally seeing results.
