When did you first start training at NNCF and how many days a week do you train?
I started NNCF January 2017 and train 4- 5 days a week.
Tell us about your sports/fitness background:
I was very active growing. Playing organized Football, Rugby, Basketball, and Soccer.
What was your first CrossFit workout and how did it go?
First WOD was amazing Grace at a barbell for boobs event which I almost died. It reminded me how out of shape I was.

Least Favorite Workout:
Anything with bodyweight

Favorite NNCF moment?
Anytime I hit new PR’s I can say has been my favorite moment.
